Our story
We did not begin with scale. We built the foundation for it.
About Paarth
Paarth grew one development at a time — learning the land, the paperwork and the people before taking on anything larger.
We did not begin with scale. We built the foundation for it.
The foundation
Three developments, built one at a time
October 2022
A small beginning
Paarth began with a small team and a single plotted development at Gauhaniya. Everything was done close to the ground — buying the land, meeting the families who bought into it, and learning what a plotted project actually asks of you.
June 2024
Learning to build better
The second development was where experience began turning into repeatable systems. Land records, customer handling, site execution and follow-up each became clearer, more structured and more consistent. The team was learning not only how to complete a project, but how to build a way of working that could support the next one.
June 2025
Strength before scale
By the time Paarth Coloney began, two developments had already given the team substantial hands-on experience. The operating structure, local relationships and understanding of plotted development were all stronger for it. The third project became another deliberate step in strengthening the foundation before attempting something much larger.
The leap
A township, planned as a whole
2025
Ready for something bigger
Only once that foundation held did a township-scale project make sense. Landmark was conceived as a single integrated development rather than a larger version of what had come before — planned as a whole, from the roads outward.
September 2025
Plan before promise
The site was surveyed and the layout settled before a single plot was offered — plots, roads and open areas decided together. What appears on the master plan is what develops on the ground.
The responsibility
What begins at registry
29 December 2025
From vision to responsibility
Registry is the point at which a plan becomes an obligation. From this date the work was no longer ours alone to define — what had been drawn, planned and promised became something owed to the families who had signed for it.
2026 and beyond
Building for the long term
Development on site is documented and published as it happens. The relationship carries on after registry — which is what Paarth Parivaar exists to hold: the same people, reachable, once the paperwork is behind everyone.
Three commitments that decide how a Paarth development is planned, built and lived with long after the paperwork is done.

A development is thought through before it is promised. Roads, open areas and plot boundaries are settled as one layout, not decided by whatever is left after selling.
Work on site is photographed, dated and published. Progress should be something a buyer can check for themselves, not something they are told about.
Registry is a step, not an ending. The same team stays reachable for the questions that come afterwards — which is what Paarth Parivaar is meant to hold together.
Five Directors, each responsible for a different part of how Paarth is planned, sold and delivered.

The clearest way to understand how we work is to walk a site and ask whatever you want to ask. Someone from the team will be there.
